IRIS Organized a Training workshop on Technology Portfolio Planning

A half day workshop held in Isfahan Science and Technology Town ( ISTT ) on 28th May on ‘’ Technology Portfolio Planning’’ by Dr. Oliver Yu, president and CEO of STARS Group and also consulting associate professor of Stanford University.
Technology portfolio planning is a systematic long-term planning methodology developed by Dr. Oliver Yu for allocating limited resources among competing technology developments for large organizations. It uses a combination of decision analysis, scenario forecasting and strategy map and portfolio analysis techniques to identify the optimal technology portfolio that is compatible with the long-term values and risk tolerance of the organization.
Dr. Yu explained that entrepreneurship is innovation with external support and independent organization formation.
This workshop was attended by 20 K-based industrial companies.

· Research and Technology as other forms of innovation in the organizations
· Motivating and managing workers to be intrapreneurs by creativity and innovative culture
